- Slow Fashion: 14-day exchange window from delivery. Items must be unwashed and unworn. Customer pays return shipping. Store credit issued (excludes original shipping) after we receive the item.
- Cancel Order: Cancel anytime before printing starts. After printing, returns required for refund (shipping not refunded).
- Missing/Damaged: Email support@lettershoppe.com with your order number and photos if your order is missing, stolen, damaged, or incorrect we’ll help!
- Final Sale: Custom and sale items are non-returnable.
- Made to order with Printful to reduce waste (OEKO-TEX certified, durable materials).
- Printing takes 5–10 business days (avg. 7 days).
